• Your car details: colour, type, plate number, and plate country, used to find you at pickup.
• Your order details: the items, branch, time, and order number.
• Your account details and order history.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 9).

We do not collect or store card or bank details, because payment is taken in store, not online.

3. How we use your data

• To receive, prepare, and hand over your order.
• To identify your car at the pickup point.
• To contact you about an order.
• To run and improve our service.
• To send offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations and to prevent fraud.

4. Who we share it with

• The branch preparing your order, so the team can make it and find your car.
• Trusted providers who help us run the service, under agreements that limit how they use your data.
• Authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How we keep it safe

Your data is stored securely and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for 5 years to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, email togoom@hotmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

8. Children

Our service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
